Welcome to Career ON Ai. By accessing or using our platform, ecosystem, and associated services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Nature of the Service

Career ON Ai provides AI-driven professional profile orchestration. This includes job discovery, fit scoring, and automated document tailoring (such as parsing resumes and drafting cover letters). We function exclusively as a tooling platform; we do not guarantee employment, secure interviews, or act as a recruitment agency.

2. User Responsibilities & Representations

  • You assert that all employment records, certifications, and educational credentials you supply to the system are accurate and truthful.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-tailored documents generated by our system before submitting them to third-party employers.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities executed under your profile.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Career ON Ai to:

  • Fabricate, alter, or inflate employment history in a manner that constitutes fraud.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract our vector mapping algorithms or discovery infrastructure.
  • Create multiple free-tier "Starter" accounts to bypass platform limits.
  • Deploy our tools for spamming, harassment, or mass bulk applications that violate the terms of third-party job boards.

4. Billing and Fair Use

Our premium tiers ("Active Seeker" and "Career Elite") operate on a subscription model. Billing occurs in advance. While we offer high operational limits, accounts exhibiting bot-like usage patterns that degrade system performance for other users may face temporary rate-limiting. You may cancel your subscription at any time; refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless mandated by local law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Career ON Ai, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, missed employment opportunities, errors or "hallucinations" in AI-generated cover letters, or disruptions in our discovery services.
